Can you tell us a little bit about your background?
I started working for an international logistics company in Mexico. Then, during my Master’s in Belgium, I learned about innovation and change management. The combination of innovation, multicultural experiences, and bringing solutions to the ever-changing environment of Raw Stadia led me here.
What brought you to join our team?
I was drawn to Raw Stadia because of its commitment to innovation and the industry's dynamic nature. The opportunity to apply my skills in a forward-thinking environment and contribute to a team that values creativity and problem-solving was irresistible.
What excites you the most about your role here?
The opportunity to use my creativity to develop innovative solutions for project challenges excites me the most. I enjoy thinking outside the box to find effective strategies that deliver results, which aligns perfectly with Raw Stadia’s mission.
How do you envision contributing to the team’s goals and objectives?
One of my core contributions is to bridge the innovative solutions that Raw Stadia offers in the sports industry with the constantly evolving needs of our clients. I aim to ensure our solutions are not only innovative but also meet client expectations and drive satisfaction.
Are there any specific challenges or opportunities within your role that you’re looking forward to tackling?
I'm looking forward to preparing internal processes and policies that allow the company to reach the next level in the market. This includes exceeding customer expectations in After Sales and leveraging our capabilities to enhance client experiences.
Outside of work, what are some of your hobbies or interests?
I love to read, engage in artistic activities like painting or dancing, and play with my dog. Yes, I am a proud dog mom! My hobbies help me stay creative and balanced.
Is there anything unique or unexpected about you that you think the team would find interesting?
During COVID-19, I launched a small brand of accessories and clothes painted by hand. What started as a hobby turned into a cool small business, highlighting my entrepreneurial spirit and creativity.
Lastly, do you have any fun facts or anecdotes you’d like to share with your new colleagues?
My dog has an obsession with socks, so part of our time together consists of chasing him to get the socks back. It's a fun and quirky part of my daily routine that always brings a smile to my face.
